Mark Williams is currently working with a prestigious government entity in Abu Dhabi seeking a Digital Operations Strategy Advisor to lead the development and execution of digital transformation and IT operations strategies, ensuring seamless platform performance, operational efficiency, and alignment with organizational objectives

Role:

- Spearhead the design and execution of digital transformation and operational strategies, aligning them with organizational goals
- Oversee IT operations to ensure uninterrupted platform availability and adherence to KPIs and SLAs
- Manage financial planning, resource distribution, and procurement to enhance operational performance
- Translate strategic business objectives into practical operational plans, monitoring and reporting on progress
- Promote cross-departmental collaboration to maximize the value of digital initiatives and create synergies
- Ensure adherence to governance policies, risk management protocols, and compliance standards
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and team growth

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Management Consulting, or Strategic Operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives and deliver measurable results
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Skilled in financial oversight, resource optimization, and stakeholder engagement
