They are seeking an experienced Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. The CCO will play a pivotal role in leveraging substantial assets to develop and implement strategies for generating additional revenue streams.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Development: Design and execute commercial strategies to accelerate revenue growth and enhance profitability. Focus on utilizing our assets to explore new revenue opportunities.
Revenue Generation: Oversee and drive the sale of event/venue tickets, and manage direct B2B, B2C, and Government sales. Develop and implement strategies for securing partnerships and sponsorships.
Collaboration: Work closely with other units, especially Strategy and Venues, to ensure alignment and integration of commercial strategies with overall business goals.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Performance Monitoring: Track and assess the performance of commercial initiatives, making data-driven adjustments to strategies as needed.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
Client Requirements:
Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
Proven experience in developing and executing commercial strategies in a commercial environment.
Strong track record of managing and optimising revenue streams from diverse sources.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
