Our client, a government entity in the region, is looking to hire a Growth Senior Manager to join their strategic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and incubating new revenue streams, building new ventures, and driving strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the identification and launch of new business ventures and revenue streams
- Develop and implement strategies for market entry and expansion, assessing potential and competition
- Execute corporate development initiatives like joint ventures, spinoffs, and carveouts
- Perform financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support growth strategies
- Work with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic initiative success
- Drive new business creation and contribute to long-term strategic planning and innovation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or CFA is highly desirable
- 5-6 years of experience in strategy consulting, Big Four firms, or a similar in-house growth role, with a strong emphasis on financial analysis and strategic planning
- Strong financial literacy, including advanced financial modeling and valuation skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies, market entry strategies, and corporate development initiatives
