Our client, a commercially-driven semi-government entity in The UAE, is currently searching for a hands-on and highly accomplished Arabic-speaking Communications Manager to manage the group's content creation for all the channels in the organisation.

The role

- Manage the development, translation, approval and distribution of content for Arabic communications channels, including corporate internal messaging, press releases and statements
- Act as the department’s primary liaison with the shareholder, ensuring transparent and effective communication regarding activities, performance, and strategic initiatives
- Strengthening media relationships through effective collaboration, pursue networking opportunities with local media to keep them updated with the organisation’s major announcements and new products
- Developing and executing internal communication plans to ensure consistent messaging and alignment among employees, including bilingual newsletters, intranet updates, and memos
- Monitoring media coverage and public perception of the organization, conducting sentiment analysis, and using data to evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts
