We are currently partnered with a leading transformation consultancy in Abu Dhabi that is hiring an Engagement Lead (AD) to lead portfolios, overseeing project delivery and ensuring top-tier execution.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data and AI strategies aligned with business goals
- Design and implement data and AI operating models, fostering a data-driven culture and embedding governance best practices
- Establish data governance frameworks and AI policies to ensure data quality, ethical AI usage, and compliance with regulations
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures and AI platforms
- Build strong client relationships, oversee project delivery, and drive business growth through tailored consulting solutions and talent management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, AI, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years in data strategy, management, architecture, and use case implementation, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles, ideally with a consulting background.
- Proven experience managing large-scale data and AI initiatives, leading cross-functional teams, and driving transformation projects.
- Deep knowledge of data management frameworks, AI ethics, governance, data architecture
