Our client who is a leading Financial Services entity in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire a Lead Project Manager - (UAE National who would lead and coordinate on projects of diverse complexity within the organization, ensuring successful delivery of outcomes that align with organizational standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

•Develop and implement policies, systems, and procedures, promoting organizational values and compliance.
•Lead project planning, manage resources, and ensure alignment with budgets and schedules for timely delivery.
•Oversee project execution, monitor progress, handle scope changes, and manage dependencies to meet objectives.
•Assess and mitigate project risks, ensure quality control, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
•Engage with stakeholders, provide status updates, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency.


Client requirements:

•Minimum 7+ years of Experience.
•Bachelor’s degree in project management or a related field is desirable.
•Certifications in Project Management such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Projects in Controlled Environments (PRINCE 2) are preferred.
