Responsibilities:
- Gather data from various sources
- Use statistical techniques to identify trends and insights
- Create predictive models to address business problems.
- Turn data findings into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to meet their data needs.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply statistical and analytical techniques.
- Proficiency in data collection and management from various sources, including databases and spreadsheets.
- Experience in developing predictive models or statistical algorithms.
- Excellent data interpretation skills to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Technical proficiency with data analysis tools and software.
- Familiarity with cutting-edge Data and GenAI technologies is a plus.
