Mark Williams is currently looking for a Head of Digital Transformation to join a large private company in Saudi Arabia.

Job Description:

- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and innovation across the organization, with a focus on improving efficiency, productivity, and customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, operations, and customer service, to drive digital transformation initiatives
- Lead the implementation of new digital technologies and platforms, including cloud solutions, enterprise applications, and data analytics tools
- Develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors and service providers to identify new solutions and opportunities for innovation
- Communicate digital transformation progress and results to senior leadership, including the CEO, CIO, and other executives
- Develop and maintain a digital transformation roadmap that outlines key initiatives, timelines, and milestones
- Lead change management efforts to ensure that employees are prepared for digital transformation initiatives and understand the benefits of new technologies and processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 13+ years of experience in digital transformation or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital transformation strategies
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with enterprise applications, data analytics, and cloud solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
- Saudi National (as per client's requirement)
