Office Manager





Our client, a prestigious Non Profit organization - is looking for an Office Manager to join them for their Abu Dhabi office.

The role:

- Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Provide appropriate preparation before meetings and check-ins, including and minutes of meetings
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments

- 4-5 years of minimum experience as an EA/Office management
- Must be flexible with working hours and travel
- Excellent communication skills, Arabic would be preferred
- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
