We have an exciting opportunity with a UAE-based Family Office, they are currently expanding operations and seeking an Investment Associate to support strategic direct private equity, and public equity transactions. The nature of investments is sector agnostic with a slight geographical focus on USA, Europe, and MENA regions. This is a unique opportunity for a bright investment associate to join a highly entrepreneurial environment and begin working on buy-side deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed financial analysis, modeling and due diligence on investment opportunities across Direct Private Equity, Public Equities – Long Only, Private Credit, and Co-Investments
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess investment returns, risks, and impact on the portfolio
- Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentations to senior management and investment committees
- Collaborate with the Investment team to conduct research and analysis on market trends and potential investments
- Monitor portfolio companies and assist in developing strategies to enhance value creation
- Build relationships with external stakeholders, including investment banks, advisors, and portfolio companies

Qualifications and Skills:

- 4+ years of experience in a relevant discipline, preferably in Top Tier IB/PE firm in London/Europe/MENA
- Degree from a leading/world-class institution in finance, economics, business or related
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Demonstrable deal experience preferable
- Self-motivated and energetic individual with a positive, proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bloomberg, and other financial software
