Our client, a dynamic Abu Dhabi government entity is looking for an Analytics Manager to design, develop, and drive the data and analytics capabilities, supporting development of strategic plans.


Role:

- Understand & document the existing data and analytics infrastructure, defining needs for further development
- Create a plan to define & develop integration of data between partner entities
- Design and update Business Intelligence dashboards, building further analytics capability like dynamic Excel funding models, PowerBi dashboards, etc.
- Define & implement data room concept, information sharing protocol and process to share information with external parties (e.g., government, partners)
- Leading the development of top quality, management consulting-style analyses and policy briefs to the CEO, the Board and other senior external stakeholders
- Provide thought leadership and develop project plans, identify key deliverables, milestones, and monitor progress against the plan
- Manage and own the data and analytics capabilities and support all verticals/projects requiring data and analytics driven insights
- Manage the execution of strategic and operational projects
- Work with stakeholders to obtain and maintain latest data and build real-time analytics around the data to draw key insights that can inform leadership decision making and support various projects


Requirements:

- Bachelor or higher (preferred degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategic and analytics advisory role, either in a leading management consulting firm, political advisory, the public sector, multilateral organization, or foundation
- Experience in using advanced analytics and data management software (e.g., R, SQL, PowerBi, SPSS, Python)
- Experience in data integration and dashboard creation in leading data analytics tools such as Tableau, PowerBi, etc. is preferrable
