Our client is a leading government think tank in the United Arab Emirates, looking for an Associate Manager to join their Policy and Strategy team to support with strategic decisions related to higher education initiatives through research and development, analysis and senior stakeholder management

Role:

- Conduct research, analysis and monitor projects based on higher education initiatives conducted as well as coordinate with internal stakeholders and manage budgets to ensure quality research process
- Monitor policies, develop documentation, supervise content creation associated with the research grands panel in coordination with external academic advisors
- Provide support, lead long-term strategy and plan of large-scale higher education initiatives and programs to contribute to the needs of the educational landscape within the UAE
- Performance evaluation of department to ensure effective teamwork and growth
- Work on additional tasks as required by the lead of department and CEO

Requirements:

- Preference of bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Business, Public Administration or other
- Experience of at least 4 years as a management consultant specialist, a general consultant, or a policy and strategy analyst acquired within sectors such as research and development, higher education or public policy with experience in multi-stakeholder project coordination
- Knowledgeable of developments within the higher education sector on a local, regional and international level
- Ability to design, structure PowerPoint presentations through effective content creation and storyboarding
- Proficient in communication, effective at problem solving, time management, organization and project management skills with the ability to easily grasp new concepts related to higher education and government policy
