Senior HRBP - UAE National





Our client, a commercially-driven semi government entity is currently looking for a Senior HRBP, to provide human resources consultation, support and solutions to one of its business functions. This is a stand-alone role, reporting to the HR Director. They will serve as a point of contact for the assigned business function, for all HR-related matters.


- Partner with business leaders and line managers to assess the business, processes, concerns, and challenges and ensure integrated HR solutions and strategies are aligned to business needs
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Offers input for job reclassifications, staff reassignments, business unit reorganizations and reductions in workforce.
- Employee Relations: prepare/approve paperwork for transfers, promotions, severance, termination, confirmations of employment, etc., and completes HRIS action form
- Review Human Resources policies and practices and recommends improvements for the optimum achievement of intended purposes of such documents and practices, and achievement of the HR business plan
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to understand requirements and vacancies


- Minimum 8 years of professional human resources experience with 5+ years of experience in a core HR functional area or as an HR Generalist
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good problem solving skills
- UAE National with family book
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related subject
