Mark Williams is working with a Global Investment Fund on their growth plans. We are recruiting for an office operations manager to join the team, supporting the operation and growth of the office.


Responsibilities:

- Management of office and associated operations
- Finance support including expense processing, book-keeping, payments, and banking
- HR support including visa processing, reference letters, managing insurances, onboarding new hires
- Management of various third-party relationships across office maintenance, office supplies, and compliance
- Events management
- Operating as the front of house and coordinating office visits/meetings
- Travel coordination and support
- Broader administrative support


What We’re Looking For:

- Flexible attitude with a commercial mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High levels of organizational ability and attention to detail
- Great communication skills with the ability to work with colleagues across time zones
- Previous office management experience in the GCC region
- Arabic language skills are ideal
