The role:
- Monitor business processes and recommend effective preformation methods for future development
- Responsible for continuous improvement of corporate value and risk, strategic alignment, resources management and performance measurement across the business
- Responsible for all aspects of business excellence across business departments, incorporating process excellence, service quality excellence, reports and analytics
- Oversee the development and implementation of policies and processes governing benchmarks across all departments
- Direct and manage team for effective implementation of quality procedure and adherence to standards
- Provide input for preparation of divisional budgets and assist the implementation of the approved budget and plans
Requirements:
- UAE National with a Family Book
- Bachelor’s degree Business Administration or a related area, with a Master's degree preferred
- 15 + years of experience in Strategy Business Advisory Role
- Critical thinker, problem solving and attention to detail skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strategic orientation and strong understanding of financial reporting and operational management
- Strong understanding of operational risks
- Excellent analytical, planning, forecasting, execution, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of written and oral English
- Experience working through organisational change, demonstrating a track record of taking on increased responsibilities, showing creativity and innovation, including evidence of solution design
