Purpose of the role

We are looking for a marketer to join our team as a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing department of our company.

This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.

The role

- Oversee all marketing campaigns for their company (offline and online)
- Implement and execute marketing strategy
- Promote the business services and products
- Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
- Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
- Supporting the marketing manager in organizing various projects
- Undertaking daily administrative tasks such as gathering information, entry data, files organization.
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
- Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff
- Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
- Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
- Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
- Manage and execute video generation and edition
- Manage and execute Social media and e-mail planning
- Follow and improve marketing funnel
- Execute PR activities, influencers and press included
- Learning and working with various types of software for design and digital marketing
- Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation


- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience as a marketing assistant
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
- A high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Outstanding personality
