Our client, a commercially driven semi-government entity in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Head of Business Development Real Estate to support the development and promotion of the business, in line with business strategies and positioning, regionally and globally. The BDM should strengthen their relationship management activities to attract, retain and grow real estate clients in their community.

Role:

- Identify and develop active pipeline of prospective real estate clients to drive new business for the community
- Utilize pipeline and other methods to generate new applications to meet individual KPIs’
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets and establish strategic relations with key decision makers
- Meet potential clients; understand their business needs and aspirations in the context of community offering
- Analyze industry information and formulate effective market entry strategies through marketing, sponsorship and conferences to achieve departmental objectives
- Recommend process improvements to enhance client experience, by simplifying and streamlining all internal end to end client management and operation processes, involved in the induction of clients into community such as the application process, client registration and leasing space

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree is a must, Masters is preferred
- Eight years of experience in a similar role in Business Development, regarding residential, retail and event spaces leasing
- Must have team managerial experience
- Must be living in/willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
