Mark Williams is working with a leading Government entity which is currently undergoing a Digital Transformation. We have an opportunity for an IT Professional within the IT Applications Department.

- Assist and support the Application Development team in implementing & monitoring functional/technical requirements
- Ensure Techno-Functional Business requirement gathering process and strategy is created and rolled out to business Units, ensuring the accuracy and quality aligns with overall IT framework
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in ensuring adherence to plans and initiatives for the assigned sub-function
- Ensuring adequate and timely training, development, and performance assessments are completed as assigned by managers or Learning & Development Department and team managers on SLA/OLA
- Perform/supervise detailed systems analysis for new business applications or for enhancements to existing applications, translating these requirements into highly specified project briefs using established templates & standards as per IT methodology
- Participate on IT project teams and be involved in the design phase of any new IT software development projects working with infrastructure team in application installation and testing
- Develop cost/benefit analyses, project budgetary information, and any capital appropriation
information, including project scope changes' impact on cost, time, and quality in coordination with change control board

- Bachelor’s Diploma/ Degree in IT
- Experience on projects implementing Corporate Applications
- 5-7 years’ Experience of working in IT function: Project Management, Analysis, Functional Analyst team
- Fluent Arabic Speaker
