Our client is a top government entity in Dubai looking to expand their Human Resource team. This Human Resource Officer will be responsible for the delivery of HR Services and solutions within the UAE.

The Role:

- Plan, coordinate and implement all activities within HR Services to meet all section and team objectives
- Provide inputs, prepare weekly and monthly reports to report progress on compliance with SLA’s
- Compute the end of service settlements in line with exit procedures and termination policies
- Implement changes in the system and produce monthly payroll and reporting of all pay groups including administration of all HR benefits
- Liaise with internal/external auditors and ensures that the audit process is fully complied with
- Keep abreast of new requirements and implements payroll production and reporting changes as needed
- Liaise with internal/external auditors and ensures that the audit process is fully complied with
- Prepare payroll related documentation (working papers, schedules and supporting financial notes) for the year-end audit review. Liaise with external auditors on payroll matters as required

Requirements:
- UAE National with a family book
- Higher Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years HR working experience
- SAP system experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
