Our client, a dynamic government entity based in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Performance Manager to join their Human Capital team. The Manager will be responsible for the planning and execution of talent management and career development programs, initiatives and activities in alignment with the Human Capital strategy and objectives. The role also includes managing the planning and execution of all stages of the performance management cycle in close coordination with sectors and departments to foster a performance driven culture.

The role:

- Develop talent management strategies and programs including succession planning, high potential programs and career planning
- Supervise the review, evaluation, and execution of employee personal development plans in coordination with relevant departments in order to ensure proper employee career development
- Create and execute an employee performance management framework covering the planning, managing, evaluating and rewarding of employee performance
- Ensure that the approved budget is being allocated as per the plans and highlight any deviation actual / foreseen to management
- Research new technologies and methodologies of general talent management practices and programmes and provide improvement recommendations

Requirements:

- UAE National with a Family Book
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Performance Management, with 5 years in a managerial position
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Arabic
