Mark Williams Recruitment, the UAE’s leading Emiratisation recruitment agency, is looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant to join the successful team based out of modern offices in Business Bay.

You will run an established recruitment desk with total autonomy and will be rewarded with an uncapped compensation plan and company-wide incentives.

Requirements:
- previous experience as a IT recruitment consultant in a recruitment agency is essential (2-3 years)
- previous Emiratisation recruitment experience is desired
- currently residing in the UAE and able to hit the ground running
- target driven
- able to manage existing clients whilst developing new business
- excellent communication and relationship building skills and the ability to manage your time well
