Our client, a leading Abu Dhabi government investment vehicle is looking to hire a Senior Analyst for their investment team. An ideal candidate would have 2 - 6 years of experience with financial due diligence, valuation, modelling, pitchbook presentation etc.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential investment opportunities
- Perform desktop due diligence on companies and industries to assess viability
- Collaborate with external advisors to construct financial models, including operating models, valuation analyses, and pro forma assessments
- Assist in managing due diligence investigations, working alongside senior team members and external advisors
- Support senior members of the M&A team in developing investment strategies, offering valuable insights and recommendations
- Prepare reports and presentations for M&A committee ensuring clear and concise communication of findings
- Participate in deal negotiations & provide support in executing investment transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes

Requirements:
- This position is part of an Emiratisation program, and applications are open exclusively to UAE nationals
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; CFA Level 1 certification is desirable
- 2 -6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance, with exposure to M&A activities
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
