Mark Williams are working with a leading insurance company in Dubai who is looking for a Senior Emiratization Manager to add to the HR team

The role:

- Ensures relationships with all government bodies
- Sets Nationalization targets and works with the HRBP, Excom and the leadership team
- Prepare an annual plan for attracting and placing UAE students on a project basis
- Advice on UAE National employee relations issues

Client requirements:

- Must be UAE national with a family book
- 9 years of experience in HR/Recruitment across any indsutry
- Must have managed a team
