We are currently recruiting for a dynamic Head of Finance with a strong background in Financial Planning and Analysis for one of our clients based in Abu Dhabi to establish and lead the finance division from scratch. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader capable of building and shaping a robust finance function to support our strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop the financial strategy aligned with the organization''''s goals, driving long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, performance evaluation, and scenario modeling to support data-driven decision-making
- Establish a comprehensive budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to develop accurate forecasts and budgets
- Implement robust financial reporting systems, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial statements, KPIs, and dashboards to leadership
- Develop and oversee risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations for business growth
- Streamline financial processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency enhancements
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, responsible for FP&A, budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis

Requirements:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, at least 3 years of experience in heading the department
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Head of Finance, Financial Controller, or similar role with an FP&A background
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and adapt to evolving business needs
- Strong business acumen and a track record of partnering with senior management
