Hiring | Account Lead (CEO / Senior Executive Director level) | Abu Dhabi, UAE

We're partnering with a leading UAE organization that delivers high-impact strategic programmes to appoint two Account Leads, each to head a major programme and partnership account.

This CEO-equivalent role owns the account's strategy, delivery and senior stakeholder relationships. You'll work closely with senior leadership and key partners to deliver complex, multi-year programmes with measurable social and economic impact.

Key Responsibilities
• Setting the account's strategic direction and owning its outcomes
• Leading relationships with senior stakeholders and partners
• Overseeing complex, multi-year programmes from strategy to delivery
• Building and leading high-performing teams and delivery partners
• Ensuring strong governance, budget oversight and measurable impact

Requirements
• Partner or Sr. Partner in management consulting or advisory (MBB, Top Tier or Big Four strategy, or a leading boutique or equivalent)
• 18+ years' experience, including senior client leadership
• Functional expertise: in strategy and transformation, programme delivery, strategic partnerships and operating model design
• Industry exposure across the public sector, higher education, economic policy, economic development and social impact
• A track record of leading large-scale strategic programmes
• Excellent academic credentials; an MBA or advanced degree preferred
