Our client, a leading investment company in Dubai, is seeking a hands-on "Managing Director – Investments" to lead the Group’s international investment portfolio, drive investment strategy, identify new opportunities, and maximise portfolio value.

The role

- Lead the Group’s investment portfolio, overseeing performance, strategy and long-term value creation across global markets
- Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with the Group’s objectives, risk appetite and growth ambitions
- Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities, leading due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations and execution
- Manage portfolio performance and relationships with investment partners, advisors and key stakeholders
- Advise senior leadership on market trends, capital allocation and strategic investment decisions

Client requirements

- 20+ years of investment experience across private equity, asset management, investment companies, sovereign wealth funds or family offices
- Proven track record managing international investments and diversified portfolios across multiple markets and asset classes.
- Strong expertise in deal origination, investment evaluation, due diligence, structuring and execution
- Commercially minded leader with strong financial, analytical and strategic capabilities, combined with sound investment judgement
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior executives, investment committees and external partners.
