We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Senior Recruitment Consultant who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client and candidate experience while growing their own portfolio of business.

This is a genuine 360 role where you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from winning new business and developing client relationships through to sourcing, assessing, and placing high-calibre talent.

The role

- Developing new business opportunities through proactive business development and relationship building.
- Managing the full recruitment process from client brief through to successful placement.
- Meeting clients and candidates face-to-face to build meaningful, long-term relationships.
- Understanding client challenges and providing consultative recruitment solutions.
- Conducting thorough, competency-based candidate interviews and assessments.
- Managing recruitment processes with accuracy, structure, and attention to detail.
- Building and maintaining a strong network of candidates within your specialist market ideally HR, Procurement, and Emiratisation
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to share market intelligence and deliver outstanding results.
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism, integrity, and service throughout every interaction.

- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment environment within the region.

- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities with the discipline to manage priorities effectively.
- A resilient mindset with the determination to overcome challenges and consistently deliver results.
- High level of energy, positivity, and personal accountability.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
