This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who can operate strategically while remaining closely involved in day-to-day business partnering. Working with senior stakeholders, you will drive people initiatives that support business growth, organisational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement.
The role
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with commercial objectives
- Provide expert guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent management
- Lead and support performance management, employee relations, and change management initiatives
- Coach and advise managers on people-related matters and best HR practices
- Analyse people data to provide insights and support informed business decisions
- Champion employee engagement and foster a high-performance culture
Client requirements
- UAE National with Family book
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
- 8-10+ years of progressive HR experience, including a strong background in HR business partnering within a large corporate, semi-government, or diversified commercial environment (banks, investment, financial institution, holding companies)
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution
