About the Client
Our client is a prominent UAE entity with a diverse and expanding portfolio across commercial and
economic sectors. The organization is undergoing a structured transformation aimed at elevating its
operational efficiency, service delivery, and overall market competitiveness. As part of this evolution, the
group is strengthening its leasing and client management capabilities and is now seeking a senior
professional to support the next phase of growth. Mark Williams is partnering with the client on this
confidential mandate.

Role Summary
Oversee and manage the leasing function for a major economic zone, ensuring smooth delivery of
services, strong governance, and operational excellence. The role focuses on lease administration, client
management, reporting discipline, and continuous improvement of processes and workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Leasing Operations & Portfolio Oversight
• Manage day-to-day leasing activities across assigned commercial and industrial assets.
• Ensure all lease contracts, amendments, and renewals comply with internal policies and regulatory
requirements.
• Monitor portfolio performance, occupancy levels, and client demand trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support tenant mix planning and asset utilization.

Client Management
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to support retention and satisfaction.
• Implement structured communication processes to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Expand the client database and support initiatives that enhance leasing performance and ROI.

Team Leadership & Management
• Oversee the performance of personnel within the leasing section.
• Set objectives, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with departmental goals.
• Drive efficiency by evaluating operational and financial performance of the team.

Reporting & Governance
• Support the preparation of executive reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Maintain accurate trackers for KPIs, contracts, and departmental documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of reports aligned with organizational standards.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, systems, and service delivery.
• Implement policies and procedures that improve operational efficiency.
• -Support digital transformation and automation initiatives within the leasing function.

Compliance, HSE & Information Security
• Ensure adherence to all relevant quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Comply with information security requirements and escalate risks when necessary.
• Maintain strong governance across all leasing activities.

Candidate Profile
• Senior leasing professional with experience in commercial, industrial, or free zone environments.
• Strong background in lease administration, client management, and operational oversight.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and deliver efficient, compliant operations.
• Skilled in reporting, data accuracy, and structured communication.
• Comfortable working in process-driven, compliance-focused organizations.
