This position will act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, leading cultural transformation initiatives, embedding a high-performance mindset, and building a sustainable leadership pipeline.
The role
- The Head of HR will ensure the transition from traditional HR practices to a data-driven, agile, and capability-focused people function aligned with the organization’s long-term strategic objectives
- Designing and implementing a forward-looking Talent Management strategy that strengthens succession, leadership development, and workforce planning
- Transforming the Performance Management framework into a continuous, measurable, and impact-driven system aligned to corporate KPIs
- Leading change management initiatives across the organization to drive engagement, accountability, and performance differentiation
Client requirements
- UAE national with Family book
- 12–18+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5–7 years in a senior HR leadership role
- Proven track record in leading HR transformation and organizational change initiatives
- Strong hands-on expertise in designing and implementing Talent Management and Performance Management frameworks
- Experience leading succession planning and executive talent reviews at board or C-suite level
- Background in dynamic and complex organizations
- Experience aligning performance frameworks to financial, operational, and strategic KPIs
- Building HR capabilities, digital HR infrastructure, and governance frameworks to support scalable growth
