JOB SHOUT: HR Strategy & Transformation Head - UAE

Are you passionate about shaping the future of work and leading enterprise-wide transformation? Our client, a leader in managing and developing high-quality learning institutions is seeking an HR Strategy & Transformation Leader to drive the organisation's people agenda, align HR strategy with business priorities, and lead large-scale change initiatives across the group.

The position will partner closely with senior leadership to design and deliver forward-looking HR strategies that enable growth, agility, and performance. You will lead strategic transformation programs across talent, operating models, digital HR, and culture.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 15 years' experience in HR strategy, transformation, or large-scale change leadership
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence at executive level
- Experience leading digital HR or operating model transformations
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Background in consulting or complex, matrixed organisations is a strong advantage
