About the Job

Our client, a prominent multi-sector investment holding group, is seeking a senior leader to shape and elevate its corporate brand across the region. This role will drive the organisation’s long-term brand positioning, oversee group-wide marketing initiatives, and ensure cohesive communication for both internal and external audiences. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in strengthening the Group’s reputation with investors, partners, regulators, and the wider market.

The Role

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing an integrated brand and marketing strategy that reflects the Group’s ambition and corporate identity. Key responsibilities include:

- Crafting and executing a unified brand vision that aligns with the Group’s strategic objectives.
- Maintaining consistent messaging and visual identity across all subsidiaries and communication channels.
- Leading brand transformation projects and safeguarding brand governance standards.
- Planning and spearheading high-impact marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships that reinforce the Group’s market presence.
- Overseeing the production of high-quality content and communication materials tailored for investors, media stakeholders, and the broader public.
- Working closely with communications teams to ensure strong engagement across digital, print, and in-person channels.
- Advising portfolio companies on brand alignment and marketing best practices.
- Providing strategic leadership on product launches, market entries, and reputation-sensitive activities for group companies.
- Building and managing a top-tier brand and marketing department, including team development and performance oversight.
- Setting measurement frameworks, KPIs, and reporting systems to track marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Managing external vendors, marketing agencies, and creative partners to ensure premium-quality deliverables.
- Collaborating with Investor Relations, Strategy, and Communications teams to ensure message cohesion.
- Representing the Group at industry forums, conferences, and public engagements where brand positioning is essential.

Client Requirements

The ideal candidate will bring:

- Experience within the UAE, including strong connections with regional marketing agencies, media networks, and brand partners.
- A proven background in branding and marketing within an investment holding company, financial services group, or other B2B-oriented corporate environment.
- Deep understanding of corporate reputation management and brand architecture in multi-entity organisations.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of building and guiding high-performance teams.
- Strategic thinking supported by excellent execution skills and a strong grasp of marketing analytics and ROI measurement.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
