What you’ll do:
* Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
* Build strong talent pipelines for recurring and upcoming roles
* Support Consultants with shortlisting, scheduling, and candidate coordination
* Contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative, and supportive team culture

What we’re looking for:
* 2–4 years of recruitment or sourcing experience (agency preferred)
* Strong communication, research, and multitasking skills
* A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for people
* Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or ATS systems
