What you’ll do:
?? Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
?? Build strong talent pipelines for recurring and upcoming roles
?? Support Consultants with shortlisting, scheduling, and candidate coordination
?? Contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative, and supportive team culture
What we’re looking for:
? 2–4 years of recruitment or sourcing experience (agency preferred)
? Strong communication, research, and multitasking skills
? A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for people
? Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or ATS systems
