About the Job

We are seeking a Manager, Corporate Communications, to lead the organization’s digital presence and ensure consistent brand visibility across online and offline channels. This position requires a strong grasp of digital communications, strategic campaign management, and stakeholder engagement. The role will focus on enhancing the company’s reputation through impactful digital strategies, seamless integration of communications across platforms, and effective use of data and analytics.

Responsibilities

- Social Media Leadership: Build and manage the organization’s presence across all major platforms, including content development, community management, paid campaigns, and performance tracking.

- Website Oversight: Maintain and update the corporate website, manage the CMS, optimize for SEO, and coordinate with developers to ensure high standards of usability and performance.

- Digital Campaigns: Design and deliver multi-channel campaigns (email, newsletters, paid digital media, etc.), working closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve measurable outcomes.

- Analytics & Reporting: Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and similar platforms to monitor digital activity, assess audience engagement, and provide insights to support decision-making.

- Integrated Communications: Align digital initiatives with broader brand and corporate communications strategies, ensuring consistent messaging across traditional and digital channels.

- Brand Support: Contribute to the execution of campaigns spanning OOH, print, and digital assets, while maintaining alignment with brand standards.

Requirements

- At least 10 years of professional experience in digital communications or marketing, ideally in a corporate or agency environment.

- Hands-on expertise in managing corporate social media platforms, CMS systems, and analytics tools.

- Strong understanding of paid media, SEO practices, and digital content strategy.

- Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into practical communication strategies.

- Track record of working effectively with creative agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale campaigns.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.

Desirable skills:

- Experience in brand development and running integrated brand campaigns.

- Knowledge of creative or editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

- Familiarity with digital accessibility standards and compliance.

- Exposure to video editing or technical design.
