We are working with a fast-paced semi-government entity in the UAE is looking for a Manager – AI Solutions & Business Integration to lead the adoption, integration, and value realization of enterprise-level AI and digital tools. This role acts as a bridge between technology experts and business units, ensuring artificial intelligence is embedded seamlessly into operational processes to solve business challenges and unlock efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to surface AI opportunities that solve real-world problems and support strategic goals.

- Act as the primary interface between business teams and AI engineering squads to ensure mutual understanding and delivery success.

- Lead initiatives that drive adoption, engagement, and continuous improvement of AI-driven tools and platforms.

- Reimagine business processes using digital and AI-first principles, particularly in areas involving generative AI and AI agents.

- Monitor and quantify the business impact of AI implementations and continuously fine-tune processes.

- Oversee AI solution governance, ensuring compliance, transparency, and responsible use of AI across workflows.

- Gather business feedback, prioritize enhancements, and coordinate with technical teams for delivery.

- Develop test cases and validate performance of AI-based applications and services.

- Enhance digital workflows in enterprise platforms (e.g., CRM) to support end-user efficiency and data integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience with 3+ years in AI-led transformation or product roles.

- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into AI-powered features and solutions.

- Solid knowledge of machine learning, GenAI, and agent-based AI systems.

- Familiarity with enterprise cloud platforms like Azure.

- Demonstrated strength in process improvement, stakeholder management, and change leadership.

- Experience with digital tools such as SharePoint, CRM systems, and collaboration platforms.

- Strong project delivery record with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
