We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Internal Communications Manager (UAE National) to lead the strategic development and execution of internal communication initiatives across the organization. This role is instrumental in fostering a unified corporate culture, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning internal messaging with business goals.

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement comprehensive internal communications strategies that support organizational objectives and promote a positive and engaging work culture.
- Develop compelling content for internal channels including emails, newsletters, intranet, town halls, video messages, and leadership updates.
- Plan and execute initiatives that support employee engagement, recognition programs, and internal events to drive alignment and morale.
- Work closely with senior leadership to craft clear, consistent messages that reflect the organization's values and direction.
- Provide communication expertise and support for organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption and alignment.
- Establish metrics and feedback mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of internal communication efforts and implement improvements.
- Partner with HR, Marketing, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and support for internal campaigns.

Requirements:

- UAE National (Emirati passport holder)
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in internal communications or corporate communications, preferably in a large or semi-government organization
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Proven ability to develop strategy and deliver across multiple channels and formats
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Creative mindset with strong project management abilities
