Our client is an established independent financial advisory firm with a reputation for integrity, discretion, and results. They specialise in delivering bespoke life insurance and wealth management solutions to a select portfolio of High Net Worth clients across the region.

As a Relationship Manager, you will be the trusted advisor to a portfolio of sophisticated clients, helping them navigate complex financial needs. You will work closely with internal financial advisors, insurance specialists, and investment consultants to deliver holistic and personalised solutions.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with High Net Worth clients, acting as their primary point of contact

- Understand client objectives and develop tailored financial strategies spanning life insurance, estate planning, and wealth preservation

- Introduce and coordinate high-value product solutions across insurance, investment, and retirement planning portfolios

- Partner with internal specialists to ensure the timely and compliant delivery of advice

- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and client portfolios to identify new opportunities and potential risks

- Ensure exceptional client servicing standards while upholding the highest levels of confidentiality and ethics

- Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and relationship-building

Requirements

- Proven experience in relationship management within private banking, wealth management, or life insurance

- Strong understanding of financial planning principles, insurance products, and investment strategies

- Ability to build relationships with HNW/UHNW individuals

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISI, CII, CFP, or equivalent) are a strong advantage

- Discreet, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive financial matters with professionalism
