Our client a forward thinking, innovative and dynamic company is looking for a Recruitment Manager to join their team. This position would report directly into the HR Director. The Recruitment Manager will guide and manage the overall recruitment process.

Responsibilities will include:
• Update current and design new recruiting procedures
• Keep track of recruiting metrics
• Implement new sourcing methods
• Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
• Research and choose job advertising options
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
• Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
• Participate in job fairs and career events
• Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners

Requirements:
UAE National with a family book
5-8 Years Recruitment experience
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluations
Degree in relevant subject
