Our client, a British-based wealth management firm located in DIFC is currently in search of a strong and target-driven Private Banking SRM/RM to join their dynamic team in Dubai.
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Ultra HNW individuals, along with establishing new relationships to achieve new AUM and revenue for the bank.
- Collaborating with the team to deliver well-suited products and services demonstrating consistent revenue growth.
- Maintaining a client portfolio for the bank and expanding existing client relationships which generate incremental revenue for the bank.
- Maintain consistent and sustainable performance and increase customers total relationship balance across liabilities and wealth management products Business Development.
- Provide clear information to customers and ensure that they fully understand the product they are opting for.
- Adhere to the banks AML KYC policy, escalate and report suspicious transactions.
- Maintain high standards in customer disclosures and achieving zero customer complaint record.
- Ensure effective service delivery and customer contact management which results in positive customer experience and increase customer loyalty.
- Strong education background, great personality, innovative and target-driven
- 7+ years’ experience in managing UHNW portfolio of clients ideally in an international bank or tier 1 local bank.
- Strong business development and presentation skills.
- Has the ability to run deals independently from end to end with limited assistance.
