Our client is a prestigious government entity and seeking to recruit a HR & Administration Manager to lead the HR team,
• Provide effective and inspiring leadership by being actively involved in the execution of the mission, strategic objectives and operating plans
• Lead and drive the delivery of HR & Administration services
• Cascade KPI’s for the department and ensure appropriate objectives are set that drive a high performance culture
• Reviews the services within each unit and builds out capability within the team to drive optimal performance
• Drives the annual Training Plan recommendations and oversees the communication and delivery of the training calendar
• Develops the annual manpower plan and recommends appropriate resourcing strategies to ensure the acquisition of high calibre talent
• Directly manages sensitive Employee Relations issues and guides the Employee Relations unit in managing cases overall
• Ensures the smooth delivery of administration services and recommends process improvements making optimal use of technological solutions that minimise transactional activities
• Project manages delivery of new programs using expertise within the unit
Required experience & skills:
• 12 to 15 years of total experience
• Experience working with a leading company and managing a team
• Proven success in managing HR projects
• Overall HR experience
• Excellent communication skills and able to communicate effectively with stakeholder
• Excellent knowledge of labor law and HRIS
• High level of integrity and ability to work under pressure
