We are currently partnered with a leading AI consultancy in Abu Dhabi that is hiring a Senior Data Engineer with 10+ years of experience to lead data delivery projects, manage client relationships, and develop AI/ML products in the UAE region

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main client contact, ensuring effective data solutions
- Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML products to meet client needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic data guidance
- Lead and mentor a data delivery team, promoting excellence and innovation
- Oversee project planning and execution, aligning with client and business goals
- Manage project risks and ensure quality standards
- Implement and maintain data quality and governance processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective project delivery
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress

Requirements:

- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's preferred
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering and senior leadership roles
- Proven success in managing and delivering complex data projects
- Strong knowledge of data management, governance, and quality practices
- Excellent project management skills for handling multiple projects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills focused on client needs
- Familiarity with the data landscape and industry network in the region
