HR Recruitment Specialist (UAE National)

We presently have an exciting opportunity for a UAE National HR professional to join a top Government entity, this is a new role that falls under the HR division and will cover a wide range of activities.

The role:

- Handling the workforce recruitment process from start to finish
- Screening the internal vacancies and managing relationships with external agencies, as well as screening candidate resumes, identify and communicate with potential candidates, conduct phone interviews, conducting online assessments and review results
- Preparing candidates profile, perform employment verification and background checks and assist with notifying candidates with updates if successful or unsuccessful in interviews
- Provide guiding services to employees in relation to employee relations and guide them to applying ER Services online, maintaining and updating ER services, handling employees end of service settlement for leavers
- Prepare Monthly Payroll in a timely manner and ensure the completion of all payment processes
- Provide service to employees and guide their concerns and inquiries
- Manage employee's contract renewals and offer letters
- Handle and update the employee file system


- As per client request this role is for a UAE National with Family Book
- Bachelor's degree holder preferred
- Minimum of 3-4 years HR experience with a large organisation
- Good understanding of recruitment, employee relations (basic payroll knowledge is advantageous.)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
