Mark is the founder and current strategic lead for the Willams Group and its subsidiaries across the UK and UAE. He has over 20-years of commercial business experience, specialising in the finance and insurance sectors.
His former career as a financial trader in London provided him with agile decision-making skills and an adaptability to changing markets, making him a natural leader for the group.
He is an avid golfer and enjoys salsa dancing (although he needs considerable improvement!).
Chris started his recruitment career 12-years ago in London, with industry leader Robert Half. He was one of the UK’s top performing recruiters, successfully placing qualified accountants within global brands across London.
He is the Founding Partner of Mark Williams in the UAE.
He specialises in banking and finance, and has relationships with the top-tier international firms and regional conglomerates. He has previously placed candidates within BNP Paribas, Mubadala and Citibank.
He recruits senior banking and financial service professionals across private equity, asset management, investment and transaction banking. His global network allows him to source candidates from market leaders and sources the most hard-to-find skill sets
He is a keen golfer (usually outplaying Mark Williams) and can be seen on the fairways at many of the UAE’s amateur golf competitions. He’s also a competitive squash player and an overall general sports enthusiast.
Emiratisation Practice Director
South African born Jessica, has been with Mark Williams for 4-years.
She comes from a learning and development background and boasts 13-years experience, with four of those in the UAE.
She has an ingrained understanding of the local recruitment market for the corporate sector, and the challenges aligned with the Emirati hiring strategies within the UAE. She is heavily focused on cultural fit to ensure longevity and career progression of her placements. She is well known within her specialism of Emiratisation and is often networking alongside the most senior HR professionals in the UAE.
Jessica has worked with top regional names including PMO, Emaar and Majid Al Futtaim.
Banking & Finance Practice Manager
Dean has worked across both the Dubai and London offices, contributing to their market growth for over 6-years.
He is one of the Mark Williams specialists in all things banking. He primarily works with private equity, asset management, investment and transaction banking roles.
His candidates are mid to senior management and his network spans across the GCC. Dean has worked alongside clients including Societe Generale, ICBC and Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi
He is well versed in the Asian banking market, understanding the cultural fit needed to assist clients in achieving regional growth goals, without compromising head office values.
He is a keen amateur boxer, winning an ABA competition in 2012. He is a fitness enthusiast, keen stock market investor and is currently learning Mandarin.
Technology Practice Director
Bryony is an Oxford University graduate and has 17-years technology recruitment experience across the UK and UAE. She is the global lead for the technology division for Mark Williams International.
She has a strong commercial focus and sees herself as a trusted business partner for her clients and candidates. Her consultative nature and in-depth technical skills allow her to really get under the surface of what both parties need. She has also completed her Level 2 Diploma in workplace equality and diversity.
She recruits for IT roles across all sectors, with an emphasis on financial technology and digital transformation. She is addicted to the fast-paced, dynamic and forever changing IT landscape. Her previous clients include EE Mobile, British Airways, Dubai Financial Market, Barclays, Tata Consultancy Services, Bupa, and ICBC.
Bryony is a mother of two and a keen singer.
Celia is a University of Edinburgh Business Studies graduate and has worked in recruitment since 2005. She has experience recruiting in the marketing, accounting, financial services and education sectors in London, Edinburgh, Sydney and Dubai. She has worked for market leaders Reed Specialist Recruitment and Robert Half, where her tenacity and work ethic meant she was consistently a top preforming consultant.
She is a keen traveler and has been fortunate to live in cities such as Edinburgh, London, Sydney, Hong Kong, Singapore and New York. Celia loves the beaches of Dubai and can be found most weekends paddle boarding or snorkeling with her husband and two young daughters.
Senior Consultant - Emiratisation Practice
Rozy, has over 10 years of experience in recruitment. Her background consists of a good solid mix of both in- house and agency experience, giving her an understanding to both worlds. Her candidates are mid to senior management and often looks after C-suite sensitive roles.
She has worked alongside large multinationals and now looks after some of the largest government and semi government clients in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. A hands on mother to two, a keen foodie who likes to try out all the variety of food in Dubai.
Marvin has over 10 years of professional experience, out of which 4 years have been solely focused on Emiratisation and Financial Services recruitment. His mandates are mid to senior level positions often covering C-suite as well as confidential searches. Over the years, Marvin has gained in-depth understanding of the local recruitment market in the corporate sector, and the challenges aligned with attracting Emirati talent. He is a very good guitar player and a big fan of alternative rock music. Marvin is also a competitive tennis player and a basketball enthusiast.
Riza has over 10 years experience Human Resources management. She has experience in learning and development, employee relations and Emiratisation recruitment. In 2016 she joined the Mark Williams family and quickly learned best practice working with Emiratisation experts growing a strong network within this nich vertical. Riza’s successfully filled a wide range of Emirati roles and high-volume projects within some of the toughest industries and sectors for UAE National hiring.

Riza’s a dedicated mother, a regular UFC gym enthusiast, has a passion for baking and tells us; she will own her own bakery in the not too distant future!
Ameenah is multilingual recruitment expert, fluent in English and Arabic. She has been recruiting in the in Oil & Gas industry since 2014 for numerous international oil companies. She has experience recruiting Oil & Gas professionals across multiple disciplines throughout the Middle East. Utilizing her partnerships with organizations in the industry, she has connected hundreds of people with their next opportunities.
She is a keen explorer and has been fortunate enough to spend over seven years in the UAE, discovering many of its hidden gems. She also capitalizes on Dubai’s strategic location near so many wonderful neighboring countries to uncover all they have to offer. On most public holidays, Ameenah and her family can be found in Dubai Airport, hopping on a flight to their next adventure!
